Hall Grove Transformation

A complete transformation of a five-bedroom detached property in Macclesfield – stripped back, restructured, and rebuilt to an exceptional standard from the inside out. The brief was to modernise every element of the property while retaining its scale and character, delivering a home that felt entirely new without the land acquisition costs of a ground-up build. Crossfield managed every stage of the project in-house, from initial strip-out and structural works through to final fit-out and decoration. The finished property represents one of the highest-specification residential refurbishments we have delivered to date.
